Colleen is a principal at TEG, where she conducts research and candidate development to recruit superb talent for our clients’ sales, marketing, operations, and information technology leadership roles. She is passionate and proficient meaningful professional connections the potential to change lives and drive exceptional business performance.

Colleen brings a decade of executive search experience to her role, most recently as marketing manager at TEG. Prior to executive search, she rose to the top 10 percent of Cable & Wireless’ national sales force and top sales representative in the country for C.R. Bard in the competitive medical device sales industry.

Balance of life is paramount to Colleen. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys family time with her husband and two sons along with a range of hobbies. She is an avid tennis player thrives on competition, whether at her local tennis club or USTA leagues. A self-described ‘foodie,’ she is passionate about discovering new restaurants. Reading great novels is also on the list of her favorite pastimes.
