professional services, and healthcare sectors. Her responsibilities span the full cycle of a
search, from crafting search strategies to research to vetting candidates. She is passionate
about building meaningful professional connections that have the potential to change lives
and drive exceptional business performance.
Colleen brings a decade of executive search experience to her role, most recently as
marketing director at TEG. Prior to executive search, she rose to the top 10 percent of
Cable & Wireless’ national sales force. She was previously the top sales representative in
the country for C.R. Bard in the competitive medical device sales industry.
Balance of life is paramount to Colleen. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her
husband and two sons and engaging in numerous hobbies. She is an avid tennis player,
thriving on competition at her local tennis club or USTA leagues. Discovering new
restaurants and reading great novels also make her list of favorite pastimes.
