Friendly, resourceful, and intelligent; no matter where her life has taken her, Stephanie has always been one for building positive relationships. This comes in handy in her role as Research Assistant as she is often the initial point of contact for our candidates. Her interpersonal skills and her extensive experience with data management has informed her success with TEG.

Prior to joining TEG in June of 2016, she worked as a Housing Specialist at Quadel Consulting Corporation. Her primary function was to administer the voucher assistance program through the Rural Development department of the United States Department of Agriculture, which required her to work with tenants and state directors. Her team calls her “a research guru” because she gathers market data that they then use in the recruitment process.

When she’s not searching for the perfect candidate, Stephanie enjoys singing, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband taking advantage of all the sights and museums in the Metropolitan DC area. Stephanie is also a voracious reader – as any research assistant must be – and especially loves William Shakespeare.
