When you work with Kristin, it’s easy to forget that she is a recruiter. The energy she puts into building relationships make interviews more like conversations than anything else. You sense her genuine interest in connecting with people to find the best fit for client and candidate alike. If you guessed that she has a Psychology degree, you’d be correct.

For nearly six years, Kristin has teamed up with our partners to ensure exceptional execution of searches across finance, software, managed services, and telecom. Along with her remarkable interpersonal skills, she is a strong project manager who works tirelessly to accelerate the execution of every engagement. Kristin was promoted into her role as client associate after 3 years as a research associate.

Kristin effortlessly transitioned into TEG, applying talents from earlier roles in client management. Previously, she was the assistant director of career services and corporate relations at Babson College and the associate vice president of institutional client service for investment management firm State Street Research (BlackRock). These experiences made her adept at the addressing the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders.

The value of her people skills are not to be underestimated outside of work; Kristin tells us her secret skill is talking her way into first class. If you meet her, ask her about the time she traveled to watch the Berlin Wall come down and chiseled out her very own piece. Kristin’s family life is an active one; even at home, she is constantly on the road. Big sports fans, you typically find her piling her gang into the car and heading to one of the kids’ hockey, lacrosse, or soccer games.
